Inventario de la Herpetofauna de México 2023

Para el Inventario de la Herpetofauna de México se reportan hasta el momento un total de 1,422 especies herpetofaunísticas nativas (892 endémicas, 62.7%), de las cuales 430 (30.2%) son anfibios (15 familias y 58 géneros) con 299 (69.5%) especies endémicas, y 992 (69.8%) reptiles (41 familias y 154 géneros) con 593 (59.8%) especies endémicas.
